In a medium bowl, stir cheese into baking mix. Add milk; stir just until ingredients are thoroughly combined and evenly moistened. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet; place on asecond baking sheet. Place in upper third of oven; bake about 12 minutes or until just beginning to brown; slide parchment with biscuits off pan. Melt margarine; stir in garlic salt and parsley flakes. Brush over hot biscuits. Serve warm. Yield: 12 biscuits. Note: Before measuring, pour baking mix into a bowl; stir with fork to break up lumps. 3. Mock Lobster Ingredients: fish, cod, atlantic, raw salt, table spices, paprika vinegar, distilled Directions: Cut the cod into 2x2-inch pieces; place in non-stick skillet. Barely cover with water; sprinkle salt and paprika over fish and bring to a quick boil. Reduce heat and place on a low simmer for about 10 minutes (depending on thickness of fish) uncovered. Drain out hot liquid and cover with cold water, add vinegar bring to quick boil again. Again reduce it to a low simmer and let cook uncovered about 10 minutes. Buttery Grilled Shrimp Ingredients: butter, without salt lemon juice, raw spices, chili powder spices, ginger, ground salt, table crustaceans, shrimp, raw (not previously frozen) Directions: In a small bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients. Set aside 1/4 cup. Thread shrimp onto 8 metal or soaked wooden skewers. Grill shrimp, covered, over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until the shrimp turns pink, basting occasionally with butter mixture. Remove from the grill. Buttery Lobster/Shellfish Dipping Sauce Ingredients: butter, without salt spices, garlic powder spices, pepper, red or cayenne lemon juice, raw Directions: Time your cooking of this to work with your lobster or clams that you are steaming. Both should arrive at the table at the same time. Once the butter is melted in a small skillet (low-medium heat), add the garlic, and mix. Add the hot red pepper sauce, being sure to blend immediately with a spatula, otherwise some brands will just remain little lumps in your skillet. Reduce to low heat. Just prior to removing from the heat, add the lemon juice, and mix with spatula. (If the skillet is too hot, there may be some splattering). Red Lobster's Cajun Mushroom Sauce for Grilled or Broiled Fish Ingredients: butter, without salt mushrooms, white, raw wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched cream, whipped, cream topping, pressurized soup, chicken broth or bouillon, dry spices, garlic powder spices, pepper, black sauce, salsa, ready-to-serve sauce, fish, ready-to-serve Directions: Melt one tablespoon butter in a pan and saute mushrooms, set aside. In a medium sauce pan melt two tablespoon of butter and stir in the flour until dissolved. Add chicken stock, cream, garlic and pepper, stirring constantly cook until sauce thickens. Do not boil. Once thickened reduce heat, cover, and cook 2 more minutes. Add picante sauce, blackening seasoning, and sauteed mushrooms, heat through. Hold warm until ready to serve. Add clam juice, tomatoes, red wine, celery, bay leaves, parsley, Oregano, and Tobasco. Simmer on medium heat 10 minutes. Add fresh ground pepper and salt to taste. Add the garlic; cook and stir until starting to brown, about 3 minutes. Add the remaining butter and reduce heat to low. Stir to melt the butter, then mix in the lemon juice, pepper and cilantro. Corn Casserole (Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Version) Ingredients: martha white foods, martha white's buttermilk biscuit mix, dry butter, without salt cream, sour, cultured cheese, cheddar corn, sweet, white, raw corn, sweet, white, raw Directions: Prep: melt butter on low heat in saucepan and pre-heat over to 350 degrees. Add all contents into casserole pan (8"x8" works well) including the biscuit mix spice pack. Mix throughly, even out surface prior to placing in oven.
