1. Salisbury Steak Ingredients: beef, grass-fed, ground, raw onions, raw sauce, worcestershire la flor, steak seasoning, mushrooms, white, raw butter, without salt wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched soup, beef broth or bouillon canned, ready-to-serve Directions: MIx the ground beef, onions, Worcestershire Sauce, and seasonings together in a bowl. Make patties. In a hot skillet sear ad cook the patties until almost done. Take patties out of skillet and put on a plate and wrap them in foil -- the foil and heat trapped will continue cooking the burgers. put the butter in the skillet with the pan drippings, and throw in your mushrooms. Once the mushrooms are browned add the flour and cook until all the flour is incorporated into the butter. Add the can of beef broth and stir, cook until thickened -- add the burgers back into the skillet/ or pour gravy over them. Can serve over brown rice/ mashed potatoes/ noodles. Source Archive

4. Seasoned Taco Meat Ingredients: beef, grass-fed, ground, raw water, bottled, generic catsup seasoning mix, dry, taco, original Directions: Brown ground beef in skillet. Drain fat. Sprinkle 1 pkg. of my Taco Seasoning Mix (see recipe in RecipeZaar)over meat; or, if you're using commercial taco seasoning mix, use 2 Tablespoons. Add water and catsup. Stir well. Add water, tomatoes, cumin, chili powder, paprika, onion flakes, garlic powder and pepper. Simmer, covered, for 1/2 hour stirring occasionally. Make a roux from the flour and a bit of water....start with 1 tablespoon and increase to a thick but pourable consistency. Add roux to chili. Cover and simmer for an additional 20 minutes. Filipino Picadillo Ingredients: oil, olive, salad or cooking potatoes, raw, skin carrots, raw spices, garlic powder onions, raw beef, grass-fed, ground, raw water, bottled, generic soy sauce made from soy (tamari) tomato sauce, canned, no salt added salt, table Directions: Heat olive oil in saucepan. Fry diced potatoes and carrots until tender. Remove fried vegetables from pan and set aside. Using same pan, saute garlic and onion, then add ground beef. Pour water in and bring to a boil. Add soy sauce and tomato sauce. Cover and simmer for 1520 minutes. Return fried vegetables to pan. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Source Archive

Makes enough for 1 pound of ground beef (or soy crumbles). Just mix the ingredients together in a small bowl. Add them to the cooked meat or soy crumbles along with enough water to bring it to the desired strength/consistency. I usually start with about a cup and add more if I need it. 9. Ken's Hamburgers Ingredients: beef, grass-fed, ground, raw sauce, barbecue onions, raw Directions: Allow 1/3 lb. lean ground beef per burger. To each burger, add 1 1/2 teaspoons barbeque sauce and 1/4 teaspoon dehydrated minced onion. Cook on broiler, turning about every 4 minutes. Also great on the grill. Stuffed Bread Cabbage Rolls Ingredients: cabbage, raw beef, grass-fed, ground, raw salt, table spices, pepper, black cheese, cheddar onions, raw wheat flours, bread, unenriched Directions: Brown ground beef, add salt, pepper, cabbage and onions, cook until cabbage has softened. Grade cheddar cheese and put in bowl. Cool beef mixture before using. Roll dough out in small circles about 8 inches. Fill dough with meat mixture and cheese. Fold dough over like a pocket and seal with beaten egg or water. Bake in oven at 350* for 30 minutes. When done baking butter the tops of rolls. Source Archive

Quick Lasagna Ingredients: beef, grass-fed, ground, raw noodles, egg, dry, unenriched tomato sauce, canned, no salt added tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average cheese, parmesan, hard cream, sour, cultured cheese, mozzarella, low sodium salt, table spices, pepper, black spices, garlic powder spices, oregano, dried spices, basil, dried Directions: Fry the ground beef and boil the pasta ( al dente). When beef is done add the cream cheese and work it into the beef. When the cream cheese is mixed into the beef well and the pasta is cooked combine all of the ingredients except 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese into a large bowl and mix well. Place into a 13x9 pan and top with the remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 for 15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Source Archive
