Salisbury Steak Ingredients: beef, grass-fed, ground, raw onions, raw sauce, worcestershire la flor, steak seasoning, mushrooms, white, raw butter, without salt wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched soup, beef broth or bouillon canned, ready-to-serve Directions: MIx the ground beef, onions, Worcestershire Sauce, and seasonings together in a bowl. Make patties. In a hot skillet sear ad cook the patties until almost done. Take patties out of skillet and put on a plate and wrap them in foil -- the foil and heat trapped will continue cooking the burgers. put the butter in the skillet with the pan drippings, and throw in your mushrooms. Once the mushrooms are browned add the flour and cook until all the flour is incorporated into the butter. Add the can of beef broth and stir, cook until thickened -- add the burgers back into the skillet/ or pour gravy over them. Can serve over brown rice/ mashed potatoes/ noodles. Source Archive

To each burger, add 1 1/2 teaspoons barbeque sauce and 1/4 teaspoon dehydrated minced onion. Cook on broiler, turning about every 4 minutes. Also great on the grill. Hormel Beanless Chili Copycat Ingredients: beef, grass-fed, ground, raw bacon, meatless water, bottled, generic cornstarch wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched tomato sauce, canned, no salt added spices, chili powder spices, paprika onions, raw spices, cumin seed spices, garlic powder spices, pepper, black salt, table corn, sweet, white, raw Directions: Brown the meat with bacon grease in 4-qt dutch oven. When browned, pour off excess grease except for 2 Tablespoons. In a 2-qt mixing bowl, add water. Whisk in cornstarch until fully blended. Whisk in flour until fully blended. Whisk in tomato sauce until fully blended. Stir into the water mixture chili powder, paprika, dried onion, cumin, garlic powder, pepper and salt. Mix well. Add water mixture to meat in dutch oven. Stir in the crushed fritos corn chips. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer. Simmer 45-minutes. Stir well and scrape bottom of pot every 5-minutes to prevent burning. Serve as is or blend slightly with hand blender for a smoother chili. Serve over hot dogs, hamburgers, polenta, etc. Source Archive

Taco Corn Burger Pie Recipe Ingredients: wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched cornmeal, degermed, unenriched, yellow onions, raw butter, without salt water, bottled, generic Directions: Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix flour, cornmeal, onion; add in butter, water and stir till dough holds together. Press in bottom and sides of large pie plate, ungreased. Bake for 20 to 25 min or possibly till light brown. In large skillet brown beef, drain. Stir in taco seasoning mix, add in 3/4 c. water and simmer 20 min till liquid is reduced. Stir in corn and cook till thoroughly heated. Spread in baked crust. Southwest Turkey Burger Ingredients: ground turkey, raw sauce, salsa, ready-to-serve spices, garlic powder spices, pepper, red or cayenne salt, table spices, basil, dried Directions: Start by crumbling the raw turkey meat in a large bowl. Pour in the salsa and the rest of the spices. Mix all ingredients in well with the meat. (You may add extra or less of a particular seasoning if you'd like) Form 4 patties with the meat mixture. Try not to make them too tightly packed, because when they cook they puff up a little and get pretty thick. Spray a large skillet with olive oil cooking spray and put it on medium heat. Cook the four burgers for about 6 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked all the way through. (you may also grill the burgers). Put the burger on a bun, add cheese and whatever other toppings you would like. I mixed light mayo and salsa together to make a creamy sauce to spread on top of my burger.
