We especially like the smoky sweetness of the Hickory Sweet BBQ Sauce - it makes this sauce delicious spread over grilled hamburgers or possibly chicken. Stir all ingredients in large bowl to blend. Herb Roasted Filet of Beef Ingredients: oil, olive, salad or cooking vinegar, balsamic spices, thyme, dried spices, rosemary, dried spices, garlic powder spices, pepper, black beef, grass-fed, ground, raw salt, table Directions: In a small bowl, combine oil, vinegar, herbs, garlic and pepper. Rub filet with mixture, wrap in plastic and chill for 2 hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 250*. Arrange roast in roaster pan. Sprinkle with salt. Roast until internal temperature is 130*-145*. Add flour and stir well. Cook over low heat until deep brown, stirring constantly. Gradually add stock, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil. Asian Flank Steak Ingredients: beef, flank, steak, separable lean and fat, trimmed to 0" fat, all grades, cooked, broiled soy sauce made from soy (tamari) sauce, worcestershire lemon juice, raw spices, coriander seed spices, ginger, ground Directions: Whisk the ingredients for the marinate. Add the steak and marinade in a zip lock bag and marinate, turning occasionally. Prepare barecue. Drain marinade into a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Grill steak for about 5 minutes per side for rare. Transfer steak to platter; let stand 10 minutes. Thinly slice steak across grain. Pass marinade as sauce. Source Archive

Vegan Cream Sauce/Gravy Ingredients: oil, olive, salad or cooking wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched soymilk, original and vanilla, unfortified nuts, cashew nuts, raw salt, table beef, grass-fed, ground, raw spices, onion powder Directions: Mix up the soy milk (if making it from powdered mix) in a blender. Add 1/2 cup raw cashews. Blend. Put oil or margarine in sauce pan and heat over medium heat. Add flour and stir with whisk. Add a little more oil if necessary. As soon as flour and oil mixture begins bubbling, add soy milk and cashews to flour and oil mixture, and stir till smooth. (It is OK if cashews are not completely ground up. ). Add salt, flavoring and onion powder. (For cream sauce I tend to use vegetarian chicken flavoring, and for gravy, vegetarian beef flavoring. ). Stir well. Continue to stir as it cooks and thickens, to avoid lumps. When thickened and bubbling evenly, it is done. It works great as a pasta sauce at this thickness. If necessary, thin slightly with water or soy milk, to consistency desired. Source Archive

Place half of noodles in greased 9"x13" pan; top with half of meat. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese, cover, & bake @ 350F for 30-35 minute. Source Archive

Meat Loaf With Peaches Recipe Ingredients: beef, grass-fed, ground, raw oats milk, buttermilk, fluid, cultured, lowfat salt, table catsup spices, pepper, black onions, raw Directions: Mix loaf ingredients thoroughly. Shape into small individual meat loaves. Place on broiling pan or possibly rack to allow grease to drain during baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 min. Place liquid removed peaches around meat. Top each peach with whole cloves, 1 tsp. brown sugar and 1/2 tsp. vinegar. Bake loaves and peaches for 15 min longer. Heat sauce ingredients and serve over meat loaves. Source Archive

Salisbury Steak Ingredients: beef, grass-fed, ground, raw onions, raw sauce, worcestershire la flor, steak seasoning, mushrooms, white, raw butter, without salt wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched soup, beef broth or bouillon canned, ready-to-serve Directions: MIx the ground beef, onions, Worcestershire Sauce, and seasonings together in a bowl. Make patties. In a hot skillet sear ad cook the patties until almost done. Take patties out of skillet and put on a plate and wrap them in foil -- the foil and heat trapped will continue cooking the burgers. put the butter in the skillet with the pan drippings, and throw in your mushrooms. Once the mushrooms are browned add the flour and cook until all the flour is incorporated into the butter. Add the can of beef broth and stir, cook until thickened -- add the burgers back into the skillet/ or pour gravy over them. Can serve over brown rice/ mashed potatoes/ noodles. Source Archive
