Let stand for a few minutes until milk is absorbed, and shape into 8 patties. In a small bowl, thoroughly mix the Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, sugar, ketchup, and 1/4 cup chopped onion; set aside. Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium heat, and fry the patties until brown on both sides. Pour the sauce in with the patties, and reduce heat. Continue cooking about 15 minutes. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Mix in garlic powder, seasoning salt and Worcestershire sauce. Remove legs from crab bodies. Pull apart shells and remove meat. Loosely wrap crabmeat and legs in aluminum foil, and place on the prepared grill. Unwrap slightly, and coat with the butter mixture. Cook until pink and flaky, 15 to 20 minutes. Source Archive

Pat dry with paper towel. Cut fish into serving portions. In small bowl combine all ingredients except sesame seeds. Pour mix over fish, cover and marinate in refrigerator for 2 hrs, turning once. Remove fish, reserving marinade. Broil or possibly barbeque fish. Baste with marinade, turning once during cooking. Fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork. Heat marinade. Pour over fish. Combine Garlic, Onion owder, Cumin and melted Butter. Marinate shrimp and chicken while reparing grill. String shrimp and chicken onto separate skewers. Stir barbeque sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder together with the melted butter. Stir chicken into the sauce mixture to coat. Place cover on saucepan and simmer until the chicken pieces are cooked through and no longer pink in the middle, 3 to 5 minutes. Bacon-Wrapped Barbecued Shrimp Ingredients: sauce, barbecue spices, garlic powder lemon juice, raw crustaceans, shrimp, raw (not previously frozen) bacon, meatless Directions: Cut slices of bacon in half. Cook bacon half way (should not be crisp). Combine Jack Daniels Barbeque Sauce, lemon juice and garlic powder (pour half of mixture into separate bowl for use later). Dip shrimp into half of sauce to thoroughly coat. Wrap each piece of shrimp with 1/2 piece of bacon. Place on skewer (leave small space between pieces). Place on greased hot grill, basting with remaining sauce mixture. Grill for approximately 4 to 6 minutes (depending on size of shrimp). Source Archive
